Delivery Countries, Shipping Fees and Delivery Times

Orders via our online store goomliving.com with delivery address in Germany we deliver free of charge.

Logistics Partners

Classic delivery for small packages under 30 kg:
Shipping is done by the logistics service provider GLS to the doorstep.
Orders from our warehouse in Hamburg are delivered within a few working days. You will receive your tracking number within 24h. Delivery takes place on weekdays between 8:00-18:00.
Personal delivery with signature. Drop-off authorization via the GLS website possible.
Classic delivery for parcels over 30 kg & under 40 kg:
Shipping is carried out by the logistics service provider DPD to the front door.
Delivery on weekdays 8:00-17:00. Additional services such as Saturday or late delivery for an additional charge. Delivery is made on weekdays between 8:00-17:00.
Personal delivery with signature. Drop off authorization possible via DPD website.
The packaging & pallet will not be taken. In case of return, keep packaging for the time being.
Delivery for large items and packages over 40 kg:
The carrier GEL will contact you for a suitable delivery date. Delivery is made on weekdays (7am-1pm or 12pm-8pm) by appointment to the curb.
You will automatically receive an email with your tracking code from GEL.
The packaging & pallet will not be taken away.
In case of return, keep packaging for the time being.

Transport damage

Please check the goods for possible damage (externally and internally) upon delivery of your order.

If you find any damage, please leave the goods in their current condition. Please report the damage to us immediately. Also take photos of the damage and the packaging (even if it was not damaged), the documentation is required for proper complaint processing.

Please distinguish, there are two types of damage:

1. Open damage (packaging is damaged): This must be noted directly on the delivery papers upon delivery and signed by the responsible carrier. The date, time and, if possible, the license plate number of the truck should be noted on it. Claims for damages resulting from transport damage are excluded without these records!

 

2. Hidden damage (damage not visible from the outside): The packaging is correct but the contents are damaged. Please report such damage immediately in writing (service@goomliving.com) to our service department (at the latest within 7 calendar days after receipt of the goods). The email should include photos of the defective goods and your order number. We will then take care of the return and replacement as soon as possible.

Returns

There is a 14-day return policy for orders placed on our website. For a free return, please contact us in writing by email to: service@goomliving.com
In the case of a return, please briefly describe the reason for the return and, in the case of a damaged item, send us photos of the damage.

We will then initiate the process with our carrier or package delivery company. This may take a few business days. The return shipment will be made in the same shipping method as your order. Therefore, the product should be in its original packaging. If the packaging is missing, the item must be packed alternatively. Please note that a return to our office in Hamburg is not possible.
